Introduction
The FaePro Handbook helpful guide for navigating your way around FAE Production events. The purpose of the booklet is to outline who we are, what we do, our rules and expectations, and otherwise compile useful information.
We are an event production group that creates a variety of content such as: LARP Festivals, Socials & Meetups, Online Games & Content, YouTube Live-streams, Workshops, Interactive Quests and more!
- Get Started with the Persona Creation Document: We use a very simple system for Persona Creation so that you can dive right into games. You do not need rules knowledge or prior experience to build you basic persona. If you can find it in folklore and stories, and it calls to you, we invite you to step into it. Once you have the basics, you can begin to level up complexity at whatever rate you feel comfortable engaging at.
Mission: Enchant the Earth! To keep magic, folklore, and fairytales alive through the use of present day tools such as event production, gaming, live-action role-play, performing arts, videography, workshops and community that educate, preserve, create and actualize both historical tradition and contemporary fairytales. We breathe life into the avatars and stories that are within each of us, recording them as real-life fairy tales in the spirit of manifesting dreams and imagination.
Intended Audience: Adults and adults with family (not limited but best suited to ~10yo+). Our events and activities are geared largely toward adults who haven’t outgrown the fun of Neverland, are captivated by the surreality of Wonderland and love the enchantment, folklore and glamour of Faerieland. It is intended for those who love storytelling, world-building, gaming, questing, costuming, live-action immersion eventing, for themselves and who wish to include their families in these traditions to weave incredible shared-story experiences.
Rating: PG (with optional R in more controlled or private settings). We want our events to be simultaneously fun for grown-ups, but without the worry that their younglings might encounter dubious scenes. 10pm is our classic “bedtime/after-hours” marker, and younglings are allowed at their parental-unit’s discretion. We do not have, at any time in any public spaces overt sexual activities which would otherwise be inappropriate for underage audiences. We have neither a language police nor an alcohol police but we aim to create a family-friendly environment and any overt breaches of this that ruin this type of atmosphere will not be tolerated.
Diversity: We are a group of diverse individuals, creating and participating in a community by sharing and reveling in all our fantastical glory. We aim to create an environment where everyone can comfortably be whoever and whatever they are, so long as it does not seek to infringe or assert itself upon others. Respect pronouns, respect personal space, respect consent.

Consent Based RP: We offer consent-based events and narrative play. Yes means yes, everything else means no; each person is responsible for communicating for themselves, and for respecting the communicated boundaries of others. All challenges, scenes, and other interactions take place at the consensual discretion of the individuals involved.
Please remember to honor the personal space of one another. Do not touch people without their consent and permission – this includes hand-shakes and hugging! “Are you a hugger?” is a thing! and no shame to those who aren’t feeling it.
